As part of the requirements for the Instrumental Methods 1 Class at Baylor University, Eloy taught a class of music education majors who sight-read a piece on their secondary instruments to simulate a public school teaching situation. A 10-minute lesson plan on Hugh M. Stuart's first movement of Three Ayres from Gloucester was created and taught during the class.
