Program Notes
This is a PDF of Eloy's Program Notes/Booklet for his senior recital. Special attention was given to formatting and making the music accessible to a wide audience. This document also served as an opportunity to give gratitude to all the collaborators and mentors during Eloy's time at Baylor. Google Docs and Canva were used to create this document.
Persichetti Research Paper
This is a research essay written as a component of Baylor's graduate-level band conducting course. This project involved synthesizing information from dissertations, books, and program notes to present a historical overview of Persichetti's life and create program notes for Divertimento for Band. The work on this project helped Eloy learn the best practices for researching composers and writing effective program notes.
ITG 2025 Competition Itinerary
This is a PDF of an itinerary Eloy made for the Baylor Trumpet Studio trip to the 2025 International Trumpet Guild (ITG) Ryan Anthony Memorial Competition. Flight information, warm-up rooms, event locations, and hotel information were included. The document was updated daily by Eloy during the week-long conference.
In the creation of the document, Eloy created a template that could be utilized for future ITG conferences and inform logistic planning for trips such as for TMEA and NTC.
Community Project Task Schedule
This is a PDF of a Google spreadsheet Eloy organized as a part of a community client consultation project completed as a part of a professional writing class at Baylor. This project included Eloy serving as Project Manager and preparing professional documents as a team for a community partner. The task schedule helped manage the workload for the six-week project among four team members. This project allowed Eloy to gain experience managing a long-term project, creating a timeline of due dates, and coordinating team members' schedules.
For privacy, the names of the team members have been substituted by placeholders (e.g., TM 1, TM 2, TM 3)
